With over 100  Million Dollars in real estate transactions, Scott Carter has been a driving force in Asheville Real Estate for years.  He formed the company in 2006 after working with Keller Williams for six years, and wanting to better serve his clients with more refined and personalized services.

Scott specializes in Downtown Asheville real estate, but offers a full range of real estate services for both buyers and sellers in the commerical, residential, and development areas all over Western North Carolina. Hard-working and personable, Scott has proven himself to be the kind of broker that both buyers and sellers want to do business with; however, he brings an added quality to the table that ensures his continued success:  Scott Carter makes a point of identifying the primary issues of value and concern to each party that he involves in any transaction, and he carefully protects those issues throughout the process. From listing, advertising and showing properties, to arranging financing, final inspections and closing transactions, Scott keeps his clients’ primary interests first. His ability to identify the most salient elements of any party’s involvement in a deal and his personal commitment to safeguarding those priorities – even throughout complex, multi-party development projects spanning many months - has made Scott a broker of choice in Asheville, North Carolina for many happy and repeat clients. When not working hard for his clients, Scott enjoys deep sea fishing, tennis, biking/hiking, and most of all spending time with his family Marcella and Scott.

Some of Scott’s career highlights include:

Lexington Station ground up involvement
Broadway Arts ground up involvement
Kress
Glen Rock Depot Commercial
Purchased Gannet Lumber 40,000 sq ft warehouse building in RAD
Purchased Riverside Crossing 25000 sq ft in Woodfin along the greenway
